Please read before ordering — this applies to all made-to-order pieces.
No refund, no exchange
Because every piece is custom-made to your design, colour and measurements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is confirmed clearly with you before your order is placed.
How we protect your order instead
We minimise surprises with a careful process: we confirm the design, share fabric and colour photos, work to your measurements, and update you through production. If anything is unclear, we pause and check with you first.
Damaged in transit
In the rare event a parcel is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and we will do our best to help resolve it with the courier.
