Message us with your chosen design, preferred colour, delivery country and event date. We confirm the price, fabric options and production timeline.

Use our country-wise measurement guide, or send fully custom measurements. For bridal and menswear we tailor entirely to your numbers.

Confirm & pay the advance
Approve the final design and confirm your order with the agreed advance or full payment. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

Handcrafted in our atelier
We handcraft your piece by hand in Lahore. Party wear takes 3–4 weeks; bridal takes 8–10 weeks.

- How long does an order take?
- Party wear takes 3–4 weeks and bridal takes 8–10 weeks, from order confirmation to delivery. Tell us your event date and we'll confirm if we can make it in time.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes. Free delivery within Pakistan, and international shipping starts from USD 50 (Up to 5 dresses ~ USD 100 (varies by destination & weight)). Final charges are confirmed before dispatch.
- How do I pay?
- Orders are confirmed with an agreed advance or full payment depending on the piece. We confirm accepted payment methods for your country in writing on WhatsApp before production starts.
- Can I get a custom design or colour?
- Yes — every piece is made to order. We create custom-inspired designs in your preferred colour and tailored to your measurements; we do not make exact copies of other designers.
- How do measurements work?
- Use our country-wise measurement guide, or send fully custom measurements. For bridal and menswear we tailor entirely to your numbers.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Because each piece is custom-made to order, we operate a no refund / no exchange policy, confirmed clearly with you before your order begins.
- Where are you based?
- We are a made-to-order Pakistani couture atelier based in Lahore, run entirely online. We handcraft every piece in Pakistan and ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Gulf and Europe.
- Do you make outfits for destination or overseas weddings?
- Yes. We regularly make bridal, party wear and formal dresses for clients getting married or attending events abroad. Share your event date early so we can plan production and international shipping to arrive comfortably in time.
- Will I pay customs or import duties?
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and confirm the shipping charge before dispatch.
- Can you recreate a design I saw on Instagram or Pinterest?
- We create custom-inspired designs — reinterpreted in your colours, fabric and detailing — rather than exact copies of another designer's work. Send us the reference and we'll design something in that spirit, tailored to you.
- What sizes do you offer?
- Every piece is made to order to your exact measurements, so we fit standard sizes from XS to XXL as well as fully custom sizing. Use our country-wise measurement guide or send your own numbers.
- How do I care for hand-embellished pieces?
- Dry clean only. Store embellished and embroidered pieces flat or padded on a hanger, keep them away from perfume and moisture, and handle the handwork gently to protect the beads, dabka and sequins.
